Why fight chain tensioners if they are necessary ? A pair of Origin 8's for $ 8.95 delivered off ebay are my recommendation. You'll probably spend nearly anywhere from 2X-4X as much on the Surly tug nut after S&H, the bottle opener IMO is over rated. Want a bottle opener, the convenience store has key chain bo's for less. Anyway, every now and then you get track ends that no matter what you do, no matter how hard you HTFU, you lose your sanity trying to keep the rear wheel where it should be or even just tighten down the axle nuts without it moving. The LBS couldn't even fix the problem on mine when I had the rear wheel trued. So I spent the $ 8.95 and haven't had an issue since, I'm satisfied for it.
