There are some good deals on ebay though, formulas are pretty bombproof for the price, don't need to go much higher unless you want some Phil Wood hubs which are god. Most people around here love formulas. If you want cheap, eigthinch amelias are $100 with tubes, tires, cog, lockring, rim tape, truing. I personally thin the wheels in the 200-300 range aren't that different so go for a good deal (Alex Rims are around everywhere, decent)
