Cool bike - I wish I was working on that this weekend instead of fixing gutters in the rain

It looks fine, and if that is approximately the rise the frame was built for, it will be fine for the frame. It does look a bit raked, but that's just the way suspension bikes are usually designed. The height difference between your bottom bracket and axles looks like it's about where it's supposed to be. Have fun.
