lots of times you are paying attention but the people who run into you are not. You can reduce the chances of accident by being more aware, sure, but I'ld have to agree that it's inevitable.
Anyway, we can all agree to disagree, but I don't know why some choose to argue the no helmet option to a guy that just smashed his in an accident. I think Fugazi Dave is just trying to make us more aware. You can choose not to listen. Stop arguing and just wish him a speedy recovery.
