It's a Montague folding bike. Designed for military use (paratroopers) originally.

To me the fork looks too long, but it's about what the bike steers like. I find it difficult to believe that it had a 140mm travel shock. That's like a big hit downhill bike travel spec. That said, I know they're certainly off the normal bikes when it comes to design.

Really should have matched the original axle to crown race measurement with the bike loaded, instead of "I think it was 140mm"
