Built up some of the Electra hubs for a guy last week. Finish quality on them was the best of any Taiwan sourced track hubs I have seen. When they are mounted on a bike you can easily mistake them for the real thing unless you really look close. Only down side is they only come in fixed/free. A single fixed version would be the bees knees.
