I don't think U0-8's had RD hangers to begin with - I'm pretty sure the rear dropouts are stamped and the RD is hung with a claw. Could be wrong, though....
Also, with a forum name like "fixedgear80", I'm going to throw a dart and guess that the OP doesn't care about RD hangers or lack thereof.
