There are tons of obscure laws that are usually not enforced, like the whistle one. But I don't want to take my chances, I don't have money for tickets and all it takes is one ******* cop. Some time ago a guy was ticketed for sitting on the sidewalk.
You would have to fail the "attitude test" for a cop to book you for something like that.
