I recently bought Grasschoppers Alpha Q Pro Carbon post and swapped out my Ritchey Alu. The carbon post really seems to smooth out the ride better on the smaller bumps and more weather worn streets. There was very little difference in weight but I'm thrilled with the ride of the CF post.
