Are there any primitive camp areas in the Moore Haven area or can one camp anywhere along the Lake O dike?

I'm cycling over from Naples,fl to meet a friend in Moore Haven who's cycling over from Sebastian.

How's the Scenic trail in that area? We were then going to head to Weston and then back track home.
