Why do some people say patch the tire and keep riding and others say put in a new tube?
Is the patch just a temp solution until u get a new tube on it?
Oh and how do i know if this spare tube is the right one for me?

Right spare tube for me?
A tube is what goes
inside the tire and holds the air. A properly done patch is permanent. So called instant 'glueless' patches aren't. Buy tubes that fit a range of tire sizes like a 700x 20-25 or 28 for road tires. Tubes also stretch.a bit small is better than too big.
