New bike, new wheelset? both? cant decide. need insight
I cannot decide what I should do. I currently have a Dawes SST converted to a fixed gear everything is pretty stock. The back wheel on my bike has been damaged and i am debating either
a. get a pair of velocity deep v's wheelset
b. buy a new bike
if i were to get a new bike, im looking at a bianchi pista, a v3 scrambler, or a mark v iro. or anything else if anybody has some suggestions around a 650ish price range.
basically i am just wondering if it is even worth it to put a new wheelset on my current bike.
I ride my bike to class everyday and then some on the weekends, a little hilly, somewhat rough roads too.
a side question, if i am a 49 on the dawes would a 50 be okay for an iro? the tt is smaller than the dawes.
