I test rode a lot of bikes including Specialized, Giant, Scott, Felt and Trek and I always kept coming back to Specialized. To me it just felt right. The fit was good and I was very comfortable with it. I wasn't too impressed with Trek but go with whatever feels most comfortable for you.

I have a 2010 Specialized Allez with 105 components and I absolutely love it.
