Eh, I'm not so tough; I've wimped out plenty of times myself. And I don't even anticipate riding much this winter. I just thought it was amusing that three of you from the same general area of the country all wimped out on the same day.
One thing I've learned, though, in the past year and a half of cycle-commuting: I've almost never regretted riding my bike, even in crummy weather; I can't say the same thing about taking the bus.
