Well, today was interesting... when I pulled the bike out to go home, I found I had a front flat... found two tiny shards of glass deep in the tire, so I removed them, patched it, and headed home. With a nice tailwind, I cut my normal time from 40 minutes to 34!! I can't remember the last time I almost spun out in top gear.

On a sad note, the guy I work with was fired today (for being a general slacker, I suppose). We normally staggered hours, he'd work 7:00 - 4:00 and I'd work 8:00 - 5:00. Now I'm going to have to be there from 7:00 to 5:00, which isn't a huge deal, except it means I will now have to leave the house at about 6:00, not even close to daylight. I could use the overtime, but I may have to drive a bit more... grrr.
