The breeze from the ocean helped a little but it was definitely hot.
I tried to hammer it, at the last climb near 3rd station I felt really close to a heat stroke (never had one so wouldn't know what it feels like) but my legs were a bit shaky and had a slight nauseous feeling, in my experience, a complete stop may make things worse so I kept going very slow for a couple of mins before last station where I hydrated and had my last gel packet.
After stretching somehow I found my legs again to zoom all the way to finish, where fish tacos and beer never tasted better.
Took me a little over 3 hrs including stops and one flat

. I thought it was pretty well organized and came back next day without incidents whatsoever.
