I want to upgrade the wheels on my outcast 29er. Problem is that 1, they have to be rim brakes. 2. it cant be a quick release due to horizontal dropouts. or can my lbs swap out the axles for me? here are the specs on the bike http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/...tcast29_08.htm
