Im sorry but I have a Heartrate question :(
For optimum Fat burning and my age (32) My Max HR (per the 220-age) is 188. I am suposed to exercise @ 65-85% of this rate which is a low of 122 and a High of 162.
Now the problem, When Im on my bike (2005 Trek Road) I spin at a HR of 165 and usually Max out at 175.
The only way I could stay around my target fat burning area is to just pedal around the neighbor hood like I did when I was a kid.
That would suck, I like to let it eat!
Any ideas? Will my heart become more efficient as I ride?, Im not gonna stop rippin hard. I like it and I have ridden around the neighborhood all my life just joy riding. When I leave on my bike, I want to get in a really good workout with the time I have.
