Good luck spending only 1000 on lightweight fork wheelset and seatpost. Under 1200 gram wheels alone would be well over 1500 (if you could find a deal on used wheels). A light fork is going to be at least 500 as well. try closer to $2200 for used parts and upwards of $3000 for new.
