My Oldsmobile had a half-vinyl top. At least on that, you'd have to completely remove the vinyl, replace the window, then replace the top. In my case, I'm pulling the vinyl off the top anyway. It holds water, looks terrible, cracks, leaves rust spots, and is generally the worst idea to ever come from car-dom.
