Filed my second Citizen Complaint of 2010 on a Bridgeport Police Officer.
These guys deal with some crazy stuff in Bridgeport. I don't think it gives them the right to right and left hook me at will. My commute runs right near the police headquarters--- they tend to buzz around there like angry hornets.
The last go-round obviously involved internal affairs talking to the detective who pulled around my right to left turn in front of me. I got a letter that said "obviously, an incident occurred, but there were no witnesses and accounts differ, so ..." I'm cool with that, at least the detective had to talk to internal affairs. Creepy part was, I think he called me posing as internal to see how much I knew and what I really had on him if it went further. Lame.
Last night's right hook happened right next to the station, and the officer refused to ID himself when I caught up to him at the light to remind him that right hooks are illegal. Might as well have been wearing a ski mask and jack boots if he's not going to give his name.
Guess I'll keep doing this as long as they keep running me off the road.
Sucks to know I'm going to make a bad name for myself with the cops in a dangerous city like the BPT....
