Yeah, I am. I live about an hour south of Road America (Elkhart Lake). They still run every summer, but most of the cars have swapped small blocks for the 427s. Still a crazy cool sound, though. I think I spy a McLaren M8 in the back ground of your pic. That is badass.
I have 2 Exoto diecast model (1/18 scale) Chaparrals, a Mclaren high wing, and that badass blue Sunoco Porsche in my model display case. Just ordered a coffee table book with high quality photos of the original Can Am cars. Loved those cars. I remember doodling them on my book covers in high school. Trying to get more Can Am models, but they don't make so many of them. Exoto keeps promising new ones, but they never materialize. Vaporware.
