The vinyl top is bound by the metal trim. that has to be popped off. inside will be plastic retainers. They are not easy to find now, all the OEM's were specific. For the most part they are kept in position by what looks like a nail head mounted in the sheetmetal and slid into position by a keyhole shape in the "clip". if they rust away, and some might have as seen in the image, there were alternate repair types that went into position with a sheet metal screw. the top is probably padded, that will have to be replaced. Landau top padding is available. Pre-made covers are around, original material is not. Haartz makes the material, but it is hard to find. the seams should be coated with latex on the inside to help keep the water out. Using a tint helps keep the interior happy but I have seen a number of tinted rear windows shatter with no force. Its thermal shock. Under the rear window opening is a plastic surround, probably riveted in place AFTER the top cover is glued to it. Tricky? Yes. The procedure is more than I want to go into here. A word of comment, Laundau top foam can be sanded after it is glued into position. Silicone seal can be your friend, Marine grade. If you are lucky, as I don't remember this car specifically... you will not have to remove the headliner to remove the leading edge roof trim. If you do... keep note as to how the headliner finishes off around the window, many Ford products trapped the headliner with the window gasket, (early Ford Mustang's) which means the headliner goes in First. before the window. Aftermarket Landau tops are different yet, but this does not look like one of them.
