But it appears that the bottom of the screen usually has the arrow and menu touch "buttons" displayed, so the usable screen area isn't much different than the 705.

The 705's route from a track functions barely work. (Following a course in the training section does work, but doesn't announce the turns.) Maybe the 800 will be able to actually follow a pre-loaded track correctly.
