Bikes: 2010 Kona Dr. Dew, Moose Bicycle XXL (fat bike), Yuba Mundo V3

9, 10, and 11 seem the most functional. You could even put a removable clear rigid cover over the cockpit of #9 for protection from the elements and improved aerodynamics.
