Usually they're all pimped out for racing. And I guess the reflecters and spoke guard generally go on anything for sale from a shop. That *is* kind of a short top tube for that size bike, isn't it? I think the sales guy is feeding you a line. But if there's nothing wrong with it, and if it fits, that's a very good price for a Lemond Ti.
