I agree with you in part; however, nothing beats not being tethered to a battery. That is one of the down sides of battery driven lights is once you use them you going to have to put them on the charger lest you wind up out longer than anticipated and wind up with dimming lights. The beauty of dynolights is they make the bike "Grab and go"
