I've pulled the fenders and rack off of my Vesta and put some 35mm cyclocross tires on to enjoy the last flash of nice Albertan weather. I've been riding alot of dirt paths and singletrack (and having a BLAST). Anyway, so far, the belt is staying clean - the finish on it seems to shed dirt really well.
The fenders and rack will go back on when the snow flies (I'll keep the CX tires on for winter), and we'll see how the belt does with real muck.
