Like posted above, he most likely has closed his Credit Card and Bank Accounts associated with his ebay/paypal accounts.. This makes getting the money back more complicated because normally when a dispute is filed the money is held from the associated paypal / checking or Credit Card account until the dispute is resolved.. If he has closed all of these, most likely he has, it makes things more difficult to process..
