The St Regis? I don't know if it's really that bad, or if the neighborhood was that terrible, but the woman at the Delta counter (the third time I talked to them) said "oh honey, you don't want to stay there". I'm not a delicate flower or anything, but a cab was going to be $45 or something round trip, and being female, alone, at night, in an unfamiliar neighborhood in Detroit? Yeah, no thanks.

I usually agree. I don't like most flavored beers. These kinds of beers aren't for regular drinking for me, more of a once in a while kind of thing. Which is a good thing, as they are not cheap.
Besides frambrois, and coffee stout, I don't like fake flavoring in beer, like pumpkin. Yuck. Also don't like the lime beers. If I want salt an lime in my beer, I'll effing put it there. I do like a lemon or orange slices in the appropriate brew as well. Radler and diesel on the other hand, are disgusting. (German drinks - beer and lemonade and beer with cola).
