I'm not saying you're flat-out lying, but 45mph is a 53-11 at around 120RPM and he's saying he can be stable spinning at some ridiculously low RPM.. Both are an issue of stability at extremes and neither is very plausible for the average rider. I can't say that anyone is wrong for questioning or doubting.
