The article mentions that at most AC will get a 3 months suspension that finish at the end of the year, by November. The other interesting matter the article touch is that all of these was well known for at least a month and a half so all the parts could get well prepared for the case, so AC accepted a provisional suspension that started august 24th just after a phone call from the labs to let the spaniards know, since the idea was to find a "low profile" solution the issue the German Press put everything in risk with its comments and bringing all to plain daylight.
