Like the title says, i am looking for a frame at garage sales and swap meets but i don't really know what i am looking at. Want to convert something into a SS/FG. What brands should i be looking out for that are good? My plan is to find a beat up bike that someone had laying in their backyard for years that they are just looking at giving away for cheap(like >100 cheap). So any help?
