It has a few small chips on the paint that exhibit some rust, overall but it is in very good condition with low miles. - I am afraid though, it is a bit of a Frankenbike:
(1) It has a 700c Wolber rear rim and a 700c "deep-v" Mavic front -
What wheels would it have had originally ?
Original wheels for the '84 Super Sport had Sanshin Gyromaster small flange alloy 36h hubs with QR, 14 gauge stainless spokes, and Araya 20A 700c grey hard anodized rims.

SR custom alloy handlebars, Diacompe NGC 400 alloy side-pull brakes, and hooded drilled levers.

Aero leather

Is this too a replacement?
It's a replacement. The original was SunTour New Winner Ultra 6, 13-15-17-20-23-26t cogs.

That, I don't know.

Here is a bad picture of it. (I already hung it wheel-less, in my garage rafters, for lack of space)
