I think 14.7mph is awesome. My average is about 13mph - much more than my starting speed of 6mph

I challenge you to find someone doing 4 laps of central park under 1 hour in a time trial format i.e. no draft.
I should have clarified a bit better; i thorooughly expected bike forums to collectively chastise him for asking such a question which really doesn't have a set answer because unless we all rode the same course on the same day, our times don't really mean anything. I think this uber clyde would be better served to get out and ride for longer instead of trying to go as fast as he can unless this ride was a steady climb the entire way, it's hard to do a 13 mile ride with 1400 feet of climbing yet only hitting a maximum speed of 23.2???? that would seem to indicate zero substantial downhills. But hey, it's great that he is getting out and riding which is why I said I wasn't trying to rain on his parade, just that he should seek to get more specific with his training.
