What type of stem does it have? I would like to find a long one like that. Are the handle bars flipped?
quill/stem is a Nitto Technomic although a Periscopa will be fitting as well, bars are flipped Nitto Northroad type.

yes the green-brown-white are the common ones blue-gold-purple and the other colors rare.
