Most of those jersey's only go down to a Small, that's why I'm not so sure. The Capo, I think, is European therefore it might be too big.
European jerseys run smaller than American jerseys. I have a couple of race cut Castelli jerseys that are small, but are big on me. A few brands like Garneau make XS sizing that fits me pretty well. Check out

A huge problem with me are the back pockets. If I put anything in there (say a phone), my jerseys always sag down to my ass.
Oh well, I guess that's what I get for having a small torso.
