Was considering selling the Defy because I just never ride it. Thinking of doing the conversion because I have everything except the shifters,so it would be pretty simple to swap parts and then if I don't like it put it bakc to stock and sell it.

Thanks for the info all. If I do this I'll prolly use Paul Thumbies with barcons.
