Your frame has Bocama Professionals, stock for the Competition if it wasn't fitted with either Capellas or Nervex lugs. If that blue paint isn't original, the bridge was likely removed by the former owner.

Oh I didn't consider that someone just took it off. Would there be some marking once I take the paint off in that spot?
