Bouncing at higher RPM - bad form, low saddle or both?
Whenever I ride at a higher cadence (105+ - "higher" for me, maybe not you) I seem to not be able to prevent myself from bouncing in the saddle.
Depending on how much force I'm actually applying to the pedals at the higher cadence, I seem to bounce quite a bit in my saddle.
I'm assuming this is just because of poor technique and that I need to work on spinning smoothly at higher cadences (I still rarely hit anything over 120rpm max). Should I perhaps raise my saddle height a bit as well? Would that contribute to the bouncing as well, or is it really only an issue of form?
