Bikes: Geekhouse Deerfield, GT Edge Ti, Spooky Skeletor, TET Track, Ritchey P-650b, Bridgestone MB-3

I haven't tried track pedals like the Sylvans, but it looks like the cages will dig into your feet if you wear thin shoes like Vans. I wear size 8.5 or 9 vans are the GR-9s fit me well. I do not have wide feet.
