Yeah... with the exception of a few choke points with NO good route... Try Second at N. Hamilton for heading downtown? That area sucks... off ramp, multiple roads merging into one. And there really is no reasonable alternate route.
Yeah. That area jumped out at me. The river, railway and the ramps are all obstacles. Is the Centennial Trail worth anything transportation wise? If that could be extended on the south side of the river and connected to the street network more, it could be a decent alternative.
