A local fella bought this family heirloom and figured I might know something about this bike. I The rims and spokes are wood and the tires are simply rubber strips tacked to the rims.

The brake is operated via a chain that runs through the body. I don't know a lot about the antiques except it is much older than my 1890's bikes. I will have it here in the shop in the near future and would like to collect any info that I can. I will supply more pics at that point. I am aware of wheelmen and VCC but I guess I need to join to learn much more.
