Bikes: Cannondale Synapse '06, Mongoose titanium road bike '00--my commuter. Yes, Mongoose once made a decent ti road bike.

I have always felt that my ideal weight was when I couldn't lose any more no matter what and I felt strong. I am convinced that my ideal weight at 6'2" is 179#. As long as I don't bounce more than 5# over that, I am doing okay.
