Yeah, Beanz nailed it. You gotta do around 30-40 mins 4-5x a week of exercise that gets your heart in the fat burning/weight loss zone. If you don't have a HRM, just make sure you're at an effort where you can hold a conversation w/o sucking wind. Eat right and make sure you burn more than you take in.
