i found a framebuilder just outside the city, Ron, at RRB Cycles, who seems to have a great reputation. he said that the fork was shot (as we already knew) and that the frame would be about 600 to fix. since there is a healthy market for used bikes, his advice was to be a patient ebay user and wait until something pops up. anybody happen to have a comparable 58 cm columbus sl frame laying around???
