But if you want a serious answer, in all the years I have been riding, with all the stop signs I've rolled, or even flat out blown through, and all the occasional lights I've run, the only place I've ever -- EVER -- heard a complaint is from the self-righteous on this board.
It really is not an issue. "If you want to be treated with respect, then you have to ride like it," is mind-numbingly simplistic. "You have to do what's right," is just sanctimonious.
The real answer is just, "Be polite out there."
