I have two dressy looks. Classy suit look, and reluctant dressed up look. He wants to go with reluctant dressed up look, which is minimal to not look homeless. If questioned, he should reply that he wore interview cloths, not work clothes. The one thing to know is if a suit is interviewing, or a worker. Suit doesn't want to see a slob, worker doesn't want to see a suit.
