It is definitely cub and cone style..and according to other threads and sites and like the rustysbrown suggested I feel like it is bottom bracket overhaul. I hope that it is not so bad that I have to replace the whole bottom bracket. My LBS overhaul charge is 20 bucks...I am pretty handy and try to do it myself but I don't have the tools (grease, spinner, lock ring wrench etc) and the tools would cost more then 20 so I will probably take it to the shop...however I still want to make sure it is the bottom bracket before I take it there.

This site is so helpful though :-) can anyone think anything else might be causing these problem??
