Arriving at my campsite, I first set up my tent. In order of preference I either take a hot shower, jump in a nearby lake or river, use a "pocket shower" http://www.seatosummit.com/products/display/59, or use wipes. Weather permitting, I then do my laundry in a large zip lock bag and hang it up on a clothes line. All of my clothes are fast drying synthetics.

If my clothes are not dry enough to put away by the next morning I flag them off my bike until they are dry.
